What started as a passion for constructing well-crafted residences has blossomed into a multi-faceted family business that we are proud to share with you today.

Founded in 1997 by Stephen Byram, we began our journey as a housebuilding company with a vision to craft homes, whilst strengthening our local community.

Our journey has been one of evolution and commitment, fuelled by a dedication to quality, community, and the enduring beauty of the Colne Valley. Over the years, our sister company, SB Homes, has built over 500 properties that nurture a sense of belonging among those who call our properties home.

In response to the changing needs of our community, we introduced SB Rentals – an expansion into property rentals.

We understand that housing needs evolve, and so have we. Our rentals division opens the doors of the Colne Valley to people and businesses that might not be here otherwise.

Our rentals company encompasses local holiday lets, commercial spaces, and residential properties for rent.
